About the Facility

 

Located just north of Eau Claire, Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Wissota, WFU Kamp Kenwood is primarily a summer camp for youth. Our buildings and grounds are constructed and maintained to provide accommodations for 12 counseling staff and up to 80 children during 8, weeklong camp sessions each summer. Additional uses of the camp such as family reunions, graduation and retirement parties and weddings help offset the cost to campers and provide Wisconsin Farmers Union an opportunity to share this unique property. Weekend rentals start Friday afternoon and run until Sunday morning. Our facility is best suited for between 175 and 200 guests.

Main Lodge

Featuring a knotty pine interior with gorgeous vaulted ceiling, huge fieldstone fireplace, restrooms, and commercial kitchen facilities, the lodge is perfect for meetings, weddings, receptions, dances, dinners, and more. Handicapped accessible. 

Cabin on Lake Wissota
The Cabin is available for rent year-round and comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. The Cabin features a large stone fireplace, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. A queen bed and four single mattresses are placed on the first floor. The loft can sleep 6 using 4 singles and one full bed.

Bunkhouses
Four bunkhouses can accommodate up to 80 people (20 in each).
Rustic bunk bed lodging with electricity, modern bathrooms, and showers available.
