Board Meeting Minutes

Procedure for Distribution of WFU Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

​

  1. Beginning January 1, 2021, the approved WFU Board meeting minutes shall be uploaded to the membership portal by staff so that they may be accessed at any time by WFU members in good standing.

  2. The WFU Board Secretary shall ensure that information on how members may obtain the approved meeting minutes is posted at all times on the WFU website.

  3. Distribution of the approved WFU Board meeting minutes to requesting non-members shall be provided by the board secretary only upon approval by the WFU Board of Directors.

  4. WFU Board meeting minutes created and approved prior to January 1, 2021 were created prior to this procedure providing for the distribution of minutes and therefore will not be provided to members or non-members unless upon specific request and approval of the WFU Board of Directors.

Accessing WFU Board Meeting Minutes Through Your WFU Account:

  1. Log into or create your WFU Account at https://wisconsinfarmersunion.growthzoneapp.com/MIC/Login or the Member Database button at the bottom of this page.

  2. Once in your account, click ‘Resources’ in the left navigation pane.

  3. On this screen, under the ‘Resources’ tab, you will see available resources files, click on the resource file you wish to access.

  4. The resource choice will open. Click the ‘download’ box to download the resource to your computer.

  5. Open and view the document on your computer.
