Each year at our Annual Convention, WFU members vote on Special Orders of Business (SOBs) for the year ahead. The SOBs guide WFU's work for the coming year and direct advocacy priorities for Government Relations staff.

CONCENTRATION IN THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY

WFU's concentration SOB calls for action on consolidation and vertical integration in the agriculture industry, enforcement of antitrust laws, and regulation of farmland ownership.

PROTECTION OF IMMIGRANT RIGHTS

WFU's immigration SOB opposes the signing of 287(g) Immigration Agreements in Wisconsin and opposes local police coordination with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

QUALITY HEALTH INSURANCE IN WISCONSIN

WFU's health insurance SOB advocates for a single-payer universal insurance system, federal funding for BadgerCare, and regulation of healthcare products.
